Our first chardonnay wine is a seducer with a beautiful golden color, unfolding aromas of sweet fruit with a woody background. The fruit is also present on the palate with a small hint of bitterness on the finish. Wine for all occasions, it will accompany a variety of hot or cold starters.

- Planted in 2017 in clayey-loamy soil in the Silo Parcel
- Manual leaf stripping and hand-picked, grape bunches carefully sorted
- Grown during the last year of organic pre-certification
Vinification
- No tannins, enzymes, or sugar added
- Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months
Bottling
- Light filtration
- No sulfites added
- 750 ml bottles
