PURCHASING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This Purchase and Delivery Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for selecting and collecting orders placed on our website, clossansfrontiere.com, with our point-of-delivery pickup service. It also outlines the terms and conditions for the warranty, return, exchange and refund policy.
LEGAL OBLIGATION
According to the Act Respecting Offences Relating to Alcoholic Beverages, minors may not purchase alcohol for their own or someone else's consumption and an adult may not purchase alcohol for a minor. Le Clos sans frontières is thus entitled to require proof of identity to ensure that the purchaser and the person who takes possession of the alcoholic products are not minors.
PRICE
Prices displayed exclude sales taxes, GST and QST, but include excise duties. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.
TO ORDER
To place an order, use the shopping cart, add a minimum of 4 bottles of your choice, you must accept the Terms of Service, proceed to the checkout page, create an account or use the visitor option, enter your contact information for billing, choose the delivery pickup point with a day and time slot, and make your payment.
Delivery Points for Pickup by Appointment
Delivery points for pickup will be by appointment. The principal delivery point for pickup is located at the vineyard at the following address:

Other delivery points are also available in Montreal, Longueuil, Granby and Drummondville. The address for one of these other delivery points will be communicated when the pickup appointment is made following the confirmation of the order.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
Pickup appointment
When the order is ready for pickup, normally within 10 business days, we will contact you by email to offer you an appointment, including the date, time and address, according to the delivery point chosen. Once your acceptance is received by email, you will receive a confirmation email for the appointment. It is important to respect the confirmed date and time. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us in advance at the following email address: info@clossansfrontieres.com.
REFUNDS & CLAIMS
Orders not claimed after the scheduled pickup date will be refunded.
If you receive a bottle of corked wine, it will be replaced according to availability, or refunded if the product is out of stock, but the request and product return must be made within 6 months of the pickup date.
Since our wines contain only fermented grapes (certified organic or grown during the last year of organic certification), mostly without added sulphites, it is strongly recommended to consume our products within a reasonable timeframe. Products need to be stored in a cool, slightly humid place with minimum light. Therefore, Clos sans frontières is not liable after pickup, except for corked wines returned within 6 months after the pickup date.
It is normal that our products may contain a deposit since our wines are unfined and mostly unfiltered.
