Crafted from a renowned grape variety, though uncommon in Quebec, this red wine presents a strong color and reveals a pleasant nose marked by red fruits with vegetal and peppery notes. Very present on the palate, it can be aged for some time or enjoyed with your next grilled dish if the temptation is too strong to resist.

Vines
- Planted in 2020 in clayey-loamy soil in the Tower Parcel
- Manual leaf stripping and hand-picked, grape bunches carefully sorted
- Grown during the last year of organic pre-certification
Vinification
- Indigenous yeast
- No tannins, enzymes or sugar added
- Aged in stainless steel tanks for 10 months
Bottling
- Unfiltered wine, may contain deposits
- Sulfites added
- 750 ml bottles

Residual sugar content : <1.2 g/l
Total SO2 content (natural sulfites and added sulfites) : 36 mg/l*
